Data Science and Statistics Using SAS Studio
Students will be introduced to select statistics concepts drawn from SAS’s AP Statistics curriculum, while at the same time learning to use the powerful SAS programming language. The ability to analyze data in today’s data driven society is invaluable regardless of your students’ intended field of study. SAS is used on most college campuses and in many industries, from risk and data science, to pharmaceuticals, to finance, to the social sciences.
This course is intended for grades 9+ . Prior programming experience is required. We recommend the completion of CSR-300 or CSR-340 (or the equivalent) prior to registering for this course. Prior completion of algebra 1 is also required. If you are interested in this course but have not yet completed CSR-300 or CSR-340, please contact the school before registering.
